Now that we have the schedule and our first game isn't until 11:40 on Saturday, if you want to cancel your hotel on Friday night, you can do so according to this policy:

“If you cancel between 10-Sep-2015 and 6:00 PM hotel time on 08-Oct-2015, there will be no forfeiture amount. If you cancel after 6:00 PM hotel time on 08-Oct-2015, the forfeiture amount will be a 1 night stay.”

Given that this is our last home ice time, offers will be presented tonight and final cuts will be made in person.

Players: after the game, please take your equipment out to your vehicles, and then return to wait in the front vestibule. The coaches will use Meeting Room 2 (down the hallway toward the hockey office) to present offers. After your meeting with the coaches, please use the far exit near the Sugar King dressing room to leave the arena.

Please arrive at the arena 1 hour before the game tonight.

The Thursday, May 14th game in Woodstock will be at Southwood arena. The address is 381 Finkle Street, Woodstock.

FYI, the following changes have been made to the Major Bantam tryout schedule:

• The Thursday May 14th ice time is now an Exhibition game vs Woodstock IN Woodstock at 8:30pm.
• We have also added a time slot on Tuesday May 12th from 8:30-10:00, and Woodstock just agreed to come here that night for another Exhibition game.
