  • Timekeepers must be a minimum of 13 years of age to timekeep for WMHA games (as of August 31, 2017 - NO exceptions)
  • Timekeepers must complete the online application form to be considered. Acceptance is not guaranteed. All applications will be reviewed and a reply will be provided to notify the timekeeper of a successful application.
  • Upon acceptance, new timekeepers are required to successfully complete a certification program. This program will be scheduled in early September and is mandatory for new timekeepers.

Timekeepers must block their time in the online Game Official portal on a bi-weekly basis and will then receive automated notifications for timekeeping offers that they must accept or deny. Note that consistent denial of offers may result in removal from the list of available timekeepers.

Cheques are cut on a monthly basis and can be picked up at the hockey office.

If you have any questions, please contact Tracey Williams in the hockey office.
