Accomodations
http://www.whisperingpinescottages.com/index.php - Only about 25 minutes drive to the arena I think we’ll be staying at. And Davidsons, pack your fishing gear because this is supposed to be a great place to fish (Rice Lake).
I’ve booked all 12 of their cottages, and I’ve slotted everyone into rooms within the cottages to the best of my ability (see below). There is no need to call and book anyone – I’ve taken care of it.
The owner (Karen), has offered Thursday night also if anyone wants to go up a day early and stay the extra night for only $17 per person. Just let me know if you are interested in the extra night.
Other stuff:
- Cost is $35 per person per night, and you pay with your own credit card upon check in.
- Check In Time 1:00 PM. Check Out Time 9:00 AM (if we don’t play early, we may be able to prolong this.
- Bed linens are provided, towels are not
- The pool won’t be open in September, but the lake will be!
- We can have a bonfire one night or both nights if we like (weather depending)
- The cottages all have Wifi (the kids will be thrilled)
- Each cottage has its own BBQ out front, plus a fully equipped kitchen
Rooming list
This is based on your input of which parent is coming (male vs. female). If this changes, (or if you didn’t tell me which parent is coming, I need to know ahead of time to make some swaps. Not to worry – we’ll figure it out – there is room for everyone.
