Minor Atom A, 2014-2015, Rep (Woolwich Minor Hockey)

The Minor Atom A Wildcats put their final touches on a strong season by taking the Silver Medal in the Tri-County Minor Atom A Final.

The Minor Atom A Wildcats made Canada proud by bringing home the Gold medal from the Nations Cup Tournament held in Sterling Heights Michigan November 28-30.

The Minor Atom A Wildcats entered the weekend of November 7-9 with great anticipation.  With a strong effort in front of rock solid goaltending the team was able to win GOLD at the Silver Stick Qualifier in Owen Sound, which now qualifies them for the International Silver Stick Tournament in Newmarket Ontario January 15-17.

The Minor Atom A Wildcats are off to a solid start to the season after winning GOLD at the Markham Waxers Early Bird Tournament September 12-14.

Dear 2005 Parents,   The Woolwich Minor Hockey selection committee is pleased to announce Dave Freeman as Head Coach of the 2014/15 Woolwich Minor Atom team.  Dave has extensive coaching experience, coaching at various levels of Minor Hockey. Dave will be accompanied by his son Brent Freeman.  Brent was a former player with the Elmira Sugar Kings.   The tryout process will continue to be run by Jamie Israel.  Jamie will be providing independent evaluations for players and will work with Dave to complete the tryout process.     Thank you.
