Games 7 vs. Ayr & Game 8 vs. Plattsville
Another double game weekend was in store for the Wildcats, who were looking to rebound from the weekend before. The Flames & The Rage were in Woolwich to take on our boys.
The Ayr Flames came to Elmira with a shortened bench, but it seemed to be the same for LL3. With a few players not able to attend, both teams played with 11. Kyle Z. would man the net on this weekend, hoping to back his team. Woolwich would have their way this day, finding the back of the net with ease. Right off the hop, Riley D. would go right to the net and score. Tyson B. would get his chance a few minutes later. Getting his 1st goal, was Declan J. being in the right place at the right time.
Goals would continue to go in for Riley D., as he would complete the hat trick. Lucas S. would add one too, giving the Wildcats a big 6-0 win, and a shutout for Kyle!

On Sunday, a game with the Plattsville Rage started out late, but no harm done. Riley D. would be back to storming the net & getting the first goal. Tyson B. would follow his lead in getting 2 more and give LL#3 a 3-0 lead. Riley D. would pot another in the second period, giving the Wildcats a commanding 4-0 lead. Plattsville would get a goal near the end of the 3rd period, but it was too little, too late. A 4-1 win was the final.
