For those of you whose son has been offered a roster spot on the Minor Midget A team, we require a parent or guardian signature on the OMHA player commitment form today in order for our roster to be processed in time for our tournament this weekend.
These forms will be in our Minor Midget A mailbox, located at the Woolwich Memorial Centre on the Snyder side (beside the hockey office) after 5pm today.
