Hi Everyone,
Please see the team calendar for the schedule of games for the Kurtzville Fun Days Tournament. I have attached a full tournament schedule to this announcement for your convience. Please arrive at the arena at least 30mins prior to each scheduled game.
The tournament organizers have asked that we forward the following to all parents.
*Each team entered in the tournament has been scheduled to play 3 games with a meal provided to each player, and a trophy for each player presented after the last game.The Community Centre will be open during the first Sunday for teams to gather and rest between multiple games, however the kitchen is NOT open on Sunday, January 15th, Monday, January 16th, Tuesday, January 17th or Friday, January 20th. The canteen is open during each day of the tournament with coffee, hot chocolate, water and lots of sugar! There will be a full kitchen and Community Centre available all day Saturday, January 21st and Sunday, January 22nd.We ask that teams follow the meal schedule, as attached (highlighted game). This ensures the kitchen staff have enough time to prepare the team meals.
*There is a Gate Fee for this tournament $10.00/tournament pass, $5.00/day pass. Exempt from this are children under the age of 18, coaches/trainers, and of course the players.
*Check out the wonderful locally donated raffle prizes in the Community Centre during the last weekend!
*Once again this year, we will allow cameras on the benches but ask that no one enters the ice surface to take pictures. Also, we ask that no cameras/cell phones be used in the dressing rooms.
