Our first training session at the GRIND Training Centre has been scheduled for Thursday, October 2nd from 6:30PM to 8:00PM. GRIND Training Centre is located just off the expressway across from the Farmers Market at 826 King Street North, Unit 7.  website:  www.grindhockeytraining.com All players will require their equipment and shorts, T-shirts, and running shoes.
