Registration for 4 on 4 2017
Registration opens Sunday, January 29th. Registration closes on February 28th or before if registration caps are reached. WMHA reserves the right to close registration at any time as dictated by registration demand.
New this year, WMHA has setup an online payment option via PayPal. You do NOT need a PayPal account to use their secure form to pay by credit card. See below for details.
Cost
Players are $130.00 and goalies are $65.00.
To Pay Via Cheque
You can elect to personally deliver a cheque to the hockey office at the WMC. If paying by cheque, your payment MUST be received by the Hockey Office prior to the division filling up. The cheque must include the name of the child you are registering and it MUST match the name on the submitted online form. Registration is confirmed based on payment, not solely on submission of this form. If your cheque is not received prior to the division filling up, your registration is considered incomplete and your uncashed cheque will be available for pickup at your earliest convenience.
Cheques are made payable to 'Woolwich Minor Hockey Association'.
To Pay Online
You can pay online via Paypal (which also accepts MC and VISA payments - you do NOT need a Paypal account to use this feature).
1) After you submit the online registration form, the browser will take you to the confirmation page.
2) Use the Click Here to Pay Online button to pay using Paypal.
3) By default, Paypal asks you to login to Paypal account. If you do not have an account, choose the 'Pay with your debit card or credit card as a PayPal guest' option.
4) You can then complete the payment form using your credit card information on PayPal's secure checkout page.
5) After you complete your online payment, the browser returns you to the WMHA website and the confirmation page. You will receive an email confirmation message as your confirmation of registration.
