A note of thanks...
Tracey and Leanne would like to send out a big heartfelt thanks to everyone who helped make the 2013 tournament possible, from our tireless volunteers, to our Woolwich parents who helped out whenever asked, to our visiting teams for participating, and to the community for supporting this event again this year.

In particular, we owe a debt of gratitude to:

  • Chris Williams and Dave Seidle: Thanks to your efforts, St. Jacobs ran as smooth as silk.
  • Julie MacDonald:  For your organization and management of the St. Jacobs cantina and your willingness to run back and forth from Elmira to St. Jacobs whenever necessary.
  • Shelley Deyell: For your work organizing the volunteers and timekeepers, we will be forever grateful.
  • Kelly Seidle: For helping out at headquarters and generally keeping us sane.
  • Christine Conrad and Krista MacKenzie: For helping organize the raffle, and for setting up the St. Jacobs snack bar.
  • Mike Lenaers: For being available to answer questions and problem solve, and for your unexpected custodial skills.
  • Township Staff:  For being unnaturally patient, and for tackling every challenge in stride. Every one of you was amazing throughout the weekend.
  • Graham and LuAnn Snyder: For the gifts that every player was wearing all weekend long.
  • Chris Saner: Due to your awesome electronic displays, we wowed the visiting teams with our high-tech approach this year.
  • Parent Volunteers: For handling every crisis at the Welcome table and Raffle table with class and grace.
  • Players and Parents from all teams: For being patient during our delays, even though we ran behind by an hour on Saturday. We learned a lot about scheduling that we will apply to next year.

Just think, only 360 days until we do it again next year!

Best,
Leanne and Tracey
