Permission To Skate Forms & NRP Requests
The online form for Permission to Skate/NRP requests is now live - Please submit your Permission to Skate/NRP requests by August 10th. 

If you've already requested a PTS/NRP in the Spring - please do not submit a second request. You will receive your form/passport shortly.


For Woolwich Players, wishing to attend tryouts in AAA Zones (ie - Guelph and/or Waterloo), or tryouts in AA Zone (Guelph) please follow these steps:

 1) Register for the 2022-23 Season with the WMHA in the Hockey Canada Registration system.

Please CLICK HERE to return to the Registration Page and to access the Registration Link. 

PLEASE DO NOT PAY FOR THE SEASON!! WE ONLY NEED YOU TO REGISTER AT THIS TIME.

 2) Please complete the Permission to Skate/NRP request form, by clicking HERE. Once the form(s) is ready, we will email you a copy. NRPs will be available for pick up at the Hockey Office.

Please ensure you have an electronic copy (ie - on your phone) or hard copy, to present on your first day of AAA/AA tryouts.

Please visit the respective AAA/AA Zones' website, for additional tryout registration that may be required.
