Head Coaches are selected by the Coaching Committee appointed by the Executive. Coaches are responsible for:
- The delegation of responsibilities to the assistant coach and manager
- Plan on and off-ice activities in consultation with the assistant coach
- Coordinate player evaluation and selection
- Plan, implement and control pre-game preparation and communication with the team
- Design the practice plans in consultation with the assistant coach
- Coach the team in all games and practices
- Establish rules for the team and oversee the supervision of the play

Team managers are responsible for overall communication, parent meetings, team budgets and work in combination with coaches to manage all aspects of the team.

A trainer is responsible for the overall health of the team. Specifically, handling on/off ice injuries and following concussion protocols. Hockey Trainers implement effective risk management on their own teams (and others when needed) , where safety is the first priority at all times, both on and off the ice.

Executive
The Executive drives the overall direction of the Association and upholds the Constitution, By-Laws, Rules, Regulations and Guidelines of the organization.

- For President, must have served at least 2 years on the Executive
- For Vice-Presidents, must have served at least 2 years on the Executive or Local League Convenor or Representative Coach (or in some combination of the above)
- For Directors, need to reside within the Woolwich Minor Hockey catchment area

A referee is responsible for enforcing the rules as outlined in the Hockey Canada rulebook.
