The Minor Bantam AA team traveled to Niagara Falls New York, and went undefeated until the final game. After overtime and an 8-man shootout, the team ultimately let victory slide through their fingers. As you can see from the photo below, they were very disappointed by the loss!

Congratulations to the Minor Bantam AA team for a strong comeback win in the Orangeville Early Bird Tournament. After dropping the first game to Centre Wellington, the team rebounded with a tie and then a win to advance to the semi-finals. A solid 5-1 win over East Gwillembury advanced the team to the final, where they once again faced Centre Wellington. Woolwich came storming out of the gates and took the tournament victory 3-1. Congratulations to the team for steadily improving throughout the tournament, and to the coaching staff for making those little tweaks that made all the difference in the end.

The Minor Atom A Wildcats are off to a solid start to the season after winning GOLD at the Markham Waxers Early Bird Tournament September 12-14. Allowing only 3 goals in 4 games leading up to the final, the story did not change with a strong 3-0 win over the Uxbridge Stars to clinch the Gold Medal for the weekend.
The tournament victory is a great start for the season and kudos go out to all the players for such a strong effort right out of the gate. Thanks also go out to the coaching and training staff and management for setting the boys up for success. We all look forward to continued success and appreciate those who help make it happen.
