WMHA is in the process of rolling out the "Digital Health Check" functionality to all teams. This solution is integrated with the WMHA website and will eliminate the existing paper process. This tool combines a Health Checklist with Contact Tracing to allow for Teams and WMHA to easily report to our Public Health Unit if needed.
We also strongly recommend that people use the COVID Alert app.
Bench staff will be setting up their rosters and guardians shortly so you'll receive an email asking you to setup an account.

Some common issues/faqs:
- Q: I didn't receive my verification code. A: Please, check your junk folder.
- Q: I can't enter the verification code, I closed the window. A: This is a known issue that we have submitted a support ticket to the vendor to resolve.
- Q: I see error codes on my phone A: Please retry from a desktop/laptop
- Q: I'm the team manager/trainer, our coach just forwarded the setup instruction email but I can't log in. A: In order to setup the Digital Health Check, you need to be a Team Webmaster which coaches are. To request an account, your coach has to reach out to [email protected]
