Constitution & By-laws
As part of the Annual Meeting, the Membership will be asked to vote on the changes to the Constitution and By-laws as proposed by the Constitution Review Committee. 

Draft versions of the documents have been provided below:

In order to vote, please register for the WMHA Virtual Annual Meeting. Only Members (as defined in the Constitution) are eligible to vote.
