For the 2019/2020 season, Tri-County has adopted the use of electronic game sheets using the GameSheet Inc. platform. This platform uses iPad's to replace the paper game sheets that have been historically used.
Representative teams are to budget for a team iPad that coaches/managers use to setup the game. This iPad is passed from the home coach to the visitors coach to the timekeeper while capturing signatures along the way. Referees also sign the final game sheet which is then synchronized with the GameSheet platform and the
GameSheet Dashboard.
Some tournaments have also adopted the GameSheet platform. If so, you may receive an "invitation code" that can be used on the GameSheet Dashboard to access your teams tournament information.
WMHA will be evaluating whether electronic game sheets will be used for Local League for the 2020/2021 season.
While electronic game sheets are a significant change, the GameSheet platform will hopefully reduce errors that were common through the paper process.
