Permission to Skate and Non-Resident Player Requests - Opens April 1st
If Woolwich is your home center, but you wish attend AAA tryouts (Waterloo or Guelph), you must submit a form by April 8th (midnight). Registration opens April 1st.

Here are the steps to follow:
  1. On or after April 1st, register online for the upcoming hockey year on the Hockey Canada Registration (HCR) system
  2. Submit the Permission to Skate Form prior to April 8th. As of midnight on April 8th, the form will no longer be accessible. This form can also be used for Non-Resident Player Passport Requests
  3. Registration Payment is not required at this time but must be received by May 1st for early bird pricing should you play in Woolwich
  4. Pick up your completed form at the Hockey Office/Woolwich Memorial Centre on:
April 9th & 10th. Times to be determined.

Proof of registration on the HCR system will be required. 
Note: Waterloo AAA tryouts begin on April 15th.
