George Parson Coach Award Nominations
WMHA is now accepting nominations for the George Parson Coach Award. Nominate a Coach by March 31st.

The George Parson Coaching Award is chosen by the players and the Parson family and presented to one individual within our association who holds a volunteer position on a coaching staff. This award comes with a cheque for $250 and is a thank you to the recipient for their commitment and dedication to the Woolwich Minor Hockey Association, for sharing their love of the game and ensuring the hockey season was an enjoyable and special experience for their players. The award is named after George Parson, a long time WMHA hockey Dad and former WMHA coach. George always demonstrated a passion for hockey and enjoyed imparting a lifelong love of the game to those he was involved with. He made many contributions to Woolwich Minor hockey over several years and always had a positive and memorable impact on the staff he worked with and players he developed, both on and off the ice.
