Permission to Skate forms for 2017-2018
For players looking to tryout in other centers this spring, the process is as follows:
- Submit the Permission to Skate Form prior to April 7th. As of midnight on April 7th, the form will no longer be accessible. **This form can also be used for Non Resident Passport Requests**
- On or after April 1st, register online for the upcoming hockey year on the HCR system.
- Pick up your complete Permission to Skate Form at the hockey office on Sunday April 9th. Proof of registration on the HCR system will be required.
Note: Waterloo AAA tryouts begin on April 10th.
