Permission to Skate forms for 2017-2018
For players looking to tryout in other centers this spring, the process is as follows:

  1. Submit the Permission to Skate Form prior to April 7th. As of midnight on April 7th, the form will no longer be accessible. **This form can also be used for Non Resident Passport Requests**
  2. On or after April 1st, register online for the upcoming hockey year on the HCR system
  3. Pick up your complete Permission to Skate Form at the hockey office on Sunday April 9th. Proof of registration on the HCR system will be required.
    Note: Waterloo AAA tryouts begin on April 10th.
