List of Divisions or the tournament Groups.
The point structure is as follows:
Game Win - 2 points
Game Tie - 1 point
Each period win - 1 point
(shows as bonus points)
Each period tie - 1/2 point per team
(shows as bonus points)
Maximum points awarded in any game is 5.
