2025-2026 Mid-Season Coaching Staff Evaluation
The WMHA Executive needs your feedback by completing a Mid-Season Evaluation on the 2025-2026 season related to your coaching staff.

WMHA would like to thank all coaching staff for their dedication and commitment during the 25-26 season.

Our volunteer’s commitment to keep our hockey community safe while continuing to develop players and keep them engaged is nothing short of admirable.

Feedback is important, as it promotes healthy communication, encouragement and development for our volunteers.

We invite all players to participate and complete the following mid-season Coach & WMHA Development Feedback Survey. Where players are unable to complete the survey, we ask that parents ask the players the questions and record their responses. It is important that we hear directly from our players.

The online form will be open from December 8, 2025, to December 23, 2025, and can be found under the Bench Staff>Coaches menu.
