Change in BB Programming - 2022-23 Season
The WMHA has made the difficult decision to not field a U11BB team for the
2022-23 Season.

Our tryout registration numbers, as well as our seasonal registration numbers do not allow a BB team to be formed.

We apologize for this short notice; however, we wanted to wait until the last possible minute to make this decision.

We were required to make this decision ahead of tryouts, due to scheduling deadlines from the Tri County Minor Hockey League.

We were asked to provide the League with an answer as to whether we had the registration numbers to confidently field a U11BB team, by the end of this week -  and unfortunately, we do not.

For those Woolwich players you were planning on only attending tryouts for U11BB team (not the U10A nor the U11A team), please reach out to the Hockey Office at [email protected], to request a refund of the cost of your tryout pass.

For those players who do not sign with our U10A or U11A team, we are looking forward to seeing you at the
U11 Local League evaluation skates at the beginning of October.

We also hope with enough interest, we can field a U11 SELECT Team, to give our U10/U11 players who want to play some more hockey, the opportunity to do so.

If you are interested in helping with a U11 Local League team or the U11 Select Team, please reach out to Chris Taylor, at [email protected].

Thank you,
WMHA
