2022 Fall Memorial Tournament - REGISTRATION OPEN
Woolwich Minor Hockey is pleased to announce the details for our "Early Bird" Fall Memorial Tournament to be held the weekend of
September 30, October 1st and October 2nd. 

We are excited to host your team and show you a BIG WILDCAT WELCOME!! 

Here is the "4-1-1":

Sanction Number
This is an OMHA Sanctioned Tournament. The Sanction Number is: 10783.

Divisions
We will be hosting the following divisions*:

U14A
U15A
U16A
U18A

*this is a "body contact" tournament

Entry Fee
The entry fee is $1450 and can be paid via E-Transfer to: [email protected] or via cheque payable to: Woolwich Minor Hockey Association.

The cheque can be mailed to: WMHA, c/o 24 Snyder Ave. S., Elmira, ON N3B 1Z1

Refund policy: A full refund will be permitted, up until August 15, 2022, minus an administration fee of $20.00. After August 15, 2022, no refunds will be provided, unless we are able to fill your spot with another team. In this case, a $75.00 administration fee will be charged, with the balance being returned to your team via cheque. 

Tournament Structure/Schedule
The tournament will have a 3-game guarantee, with semi-finals and a championship game for those teams that qualify. 

The game lengths will be as follows:

Round Robin
U14/U15:  10-10-15
U16/U18:  10-15-15

Semi Finals
U14/U15: 10-15-15
U16/U18: 15-15-FLOOD-15

Championships
U14A: 15-15-FLOOD-15
U15A: 15-15-FLOOD-15
U16A: 15-15-FLOOD-15
U18A: 15-15-FLOOD-15

Games will be held beginning on Friday, September 30th and every effort will be made to have local teams participating in the morning games, with those travelling from further away to expect their first game to begin in the afternoon (**this is not guaranteed and will be based on the teams that register for the tournament).

Each player will receive an exclusive player gift, refreshments prior to each game, medallions for our finalist/champions and a take home trophy for the winner of each division. More details to follow!

Arenas
All games will be played either at the Woolwich Memorial Centre in Elmira, ON or at the St. Jacobs Arena in
St. Jacobs, ON. 

Where can we stay? 
There are several great hotels in close proximity to our rinks. Most of our Families, chose to stay in St. Jacobs, where there are many great restaurant options, a large indoor mall and of course, the St. Jacobs Farmers Market and the quaint village of St. Jacobs are all within 5 minutes of the hotels.
 
There are also many hotel options in Waterloo (approximately 10-15 mins from our rinks), Kitchener (approximately 20 minutes from our rinks) or Cambridge (approximately 30 minutes to our rinks).
