of Nov. 1, 2021 OMHA requires all OMHA member participants (players, coaches, team staff, volunteers) over the age of 12 to be
vaccinated.
In person Donna will be at the WMC Arena in WMHA Hockey Office from 12 to 8pm on Oct 29th and you can show your proof of vaccination. You will need to bring; your health card and vaccination receipts or exemption form.
