WMHA Contact Tracing
For anyone participating in any ice-time related to Woolwich Minor Hockey we are required to keep track of all players who attend each ice-time (practice, try-out, etc.) just in case we are contacted by Public Health to identify potentially impacted players. 

How are we doing this...


For teams that have already been assembled (IP4/IP5/etc); you can use the SportsHeadz App (iOS / Android), SportsHeadz Web Site.

For every other player your coach will have a sign-in sheet (paper) to confirm your attendance at each ice-time.

Any questions please reach out to your coach(es) running your ice-time.
