Refund policy: A full refund will be permitted, up until December 15, 2022, minus an administration fee of $20.00. After December 15, 2022, no refunds will be provided, unless we are able to fill your spot with another team. In this case, a $75.00 administration fee will be charged, with the balance being returned to your team via cheque.
Tournament Structure/Schedule
The tournament will have a 3-game guarantee, with semi-finals and a championship game for those teams that qualify.
Games will be held beginning on Friday, Feb 3rd and every effort will be made to have local teams participating in the morning games, with those travelling from further away to expect their first game to begin in the afternoon (**this is not guaranteed and will be based on the teams that register for the tournament).
Each player will receive an exclusive player gift, finalist/champions of each division all receive a gift. More details to follow!*
Arenas
All games will be played either at the Woolwich Memorial Centre in Elmira, ON or at the St. Jacobs Arena in
St. Jacobs, ON.
Where can we stay?
There are several great hotels in close proximity to our rinks. Most of our Families, chose to stay in St. Jacobs, where there are many great restaurant options, a large indoor mall and of course, the St. Jacobs Farmers Market and the quaint village of St. Jacobs are all within 5 minutes of the hotels.
There are also many hotel options in Waterloo (approximately 10-15 mins from our rinks), Kitchener (approximately 20 minutes from our rinks) or Cambridge (approximately 30 minutes to our rinks).
