In anticipation of the team being finalized by tomorrow evening (following the Exhibition Game vs. Waterloo), we are posting the information regarding the hotel reservations for the Early Bird Tournament in Essex (Windsor).
The rooms must be booked by September 12th - after this date, they will be released to the public.

Individual cancellations must be made at least 48 hours prior to scheduled arrival date to avoid charges.
Rooms are not guaranteed to be on the same floor.
Breakfast/meals are not included.
Our on-site restaurant has the exclusive catering rights for all Food & Beverage, no outside catering will be allowed in of our meeting space or public areas.
No cooking devices of any kind are allowed on hotel property, this includes crock pots, hot plates, toasters, kettles, etc. Only items provided in hotel guestrooms are permissible.
Please Note: The Holiday Inn & Suites Windsor is a pet free environment.
