Game 8 vs Paris & Game 9 vs Tavistock
Another 2 game weekend lay ahead for LL1. They would make a Friday night road trip to Paris, being challenged already on the way there. A Saturday home game in St Jacobs would follow the next morning. With the team getting a little better each week, the Wildcats were going to put there best out on the ice!
An away game in Paris is one thing. A six o'clock start time, with many traffic issues in between is another! Everyone rushed to get there gear together & find their way through the congestion of supper hour traffic. Thankfully, no one was apart of the problems, and the Wildcats would make their game time. And sometimes its just one of those days, when things don't go your way. Our team played as hard as they could, with Ryan S. playing goal. The puck bounces would go in Paris' favour, & the Wolfpack would take a 6-0 win on Friday night.

Saturday was a new day, and LL1 was full of good energy! The Tavistock Titans #2 would come to Woolwich for the first time this season. They would start the scoring in the first minute, taking a early 1-0 lead. Four minutes later, they made it 2-0. Then the Wildcats would get on the board, with Connor A. getting a loose puck into the net. 2-1, after 1 period.
Into the 2nd, Brienne B. would get a good shot away and score! A 2-2 tie. The Titans answered back with another, taking back the lead. 3-2 going into the third.
The back & forth affair continued, & Woolwich would not give up! Half way through the 3rd, Adam B. would tie the game. That would be the final, 3-3 evenly matched game.
