Game 11 vs St George
On a rare Sunday afternoon, the Wildcats travelled down to St. George to meet the Generals. A 4PM start would bring our boys together for another chance to keep the winning streak going.
The game would get off to a good start, with plenty of chances for LL#3. With lots of time & space, the Wildcats would shoot from every angle. Goal one would come from a wrap around by Tyson B. It would continue with goals from Declan and Riley to take a 4-0 lead.
The second period continued to role along for Woolwich. More chances would give Tyson his 2nd, and Blake D. with his first goal of the season! The lead was now 6-0 to end the second period.
With the momentum on their side, LL#3 kept going to the net. The place to be was in front of the net, & Declan J. found himself another goal on his stick. It seemed to come late today, but Riley D. then got 2 goals in 35 seconds. With a big lead, some changes were made on the bench, giving a opportunity to others. Evan W. would get 2 more for the Wildcats, giving them a 12-0 win! Kyle Z. even had an assist to go with his Shutout!
