Friday:

Check in: 3pm
We can all meet in the tropical courtyard/pool as we arrive (I am confident we will be the loudest ones there)
All games are played at Meridian Credit Union Arena (MCU) & Centennial Arena (CENT) 1565 Creek Road, Niagara-on-the-Lake ON L0S 1J0)
Saturday:
Arrival:10:45 AM (CENT)
Game: 11:45-12:45 (Room # 4)
About 3:00 pm: meet in hotel meeting room for Team Christmas Party
(this room is not licensed, which allows us to bring our own food and beverage (alcoholic) into the room)
Menu: Pizza, Salads or Veggies (odd # Jersey’s please bring), Desserts or Fruit (even # Jersey’s please bring), Drinks (everyone please bring your own) – At this time I am not aware of any food allergies
Kids Games: (Jennifer & Morgan Catton have organized, but volunteers maybe required)
Kids Gift Exchange (all children are invited to participate) The “requirement” to be included in the gift exchange is each child must bring one edible gift wrapped treat that begins with the first letter of either their first or last name. So for example, Liam = lollipop, Ben = bubble gum, Alie = Aero bar, Smith = Smarties
Arrival: 6:45 PM (CENT)
Game: 7:45-8:45 (Room # 4)
Adults may go back to the meeting room to “gather” until about 11pm (or whenever they ask us to leave) & then can filter down to Doc Magilligan’s (located in the hotel) Irish Pub & Restaurant if you wish
