Permission to Skate and NRP Passports
Online registration for the 2014/15 hockey season will open April 1st, 2015.  Please use the link under the Registration tab to register.

ONLINE REGISTRATION MUST BE COMPLETED AND A POSTDATED CHEQUE MUST BE RECEIVED BEFORE PTS FORMS AND NRP PASSPORTS WILL BE GIVEN

  • Permission to Skate (PTS) Forms for all players attending AAA tryouts in Guelph and/or Waterloo will be available Tuesday, April ​​7th and Thursday, April ​9th from 5:30-7:30 pm at the hockey office.  

  • Non Resident Player (NRP) Passports for all players attending AA tryouts in *Guelph/Centre Wellington will be available ​Tuesday, April 7th and Thursday, April ​9th from 5:30-7:30 pm at the hockey office. *Please note that with this passport players are only eligible to tryout for the nearest OMHA AA centre based on the mileage from the player's residential address on the Hockey Canada Registry to the Centre Point of the AA centre.
