The REP and LL photo schedules are set. Please refer to the appropriate table below. Team Managers, please add a new event on your calendars as per the time and date assignments below.
**Team Managers - the photo envelopes are now available in your team mailboxes**
When
Local League Photos: Either Tuesday, October 14th or Friday, October 17th
Rep Team Photos: Either Monday, October 20th or Tuesday, October 21st
Where
All team and individual photos will be taken in The Concourse Room at the Woolwich Memorial Centre.
Notes
Priority for scheduling was given for evenings when the team had neither a practice nor a game. This was done to avoid any conflict, delay, stress in meeting time lines etc. Photo times were then allocated based upon age with the younger children generally scheduled for earlier in the daytime or evening. If a player is not able to attend the team photo time, an individual photo time can be scheduled. This can be arranged by contacting either Jasmine Roth of “Jasmine Roth Photography” at 519-998-4420 or myself (Pat Leonard). I request that the team manager or coach submit team conflicts and requests for reschedule. This will help to minimize confusion.
We also ask for everybody’s cooperation with the following:
- Pictures are taken in full uniform except for skates and helmets.
- ***Please note all teams from Bantam up are asked to wear slacks, collared shirts and their jerseys instead of equipment***
- There are washrooms on location to help with changing. Please leave the washroom or change room in the same clean condition that you found it in.
- Boisterous play of any kind will not be tolerated. Individuals who do not cooperate will be asked to leave.
Please bring your completed envelopes (this is your order form) to your team photo session. If it is lost, extras will be available at the WMC. Your photos will be returned to you in your completed photo envelope.
Photo pick-up will take place in time for Christmas (notification will be provided to team managers). PICK-UP will be at the Woolwich Community Centre outside the WMHA office.
